The EWB-SFP Executive Council is considering adopting a new program in Weledi, Ethiopia.
Weledi, Eithiopia has a population of about 5,000 people and serves as a hub to 5 surrounding communities. This project was originally adopted by the EWB-Central Houston Professional Chapter (EWB-CHP) in 2013 and is looking for a new home. EWB-CHP completed their sanitation scope in 2017 and conducted an assessment for future opportunities. Potential project scope includes:
Monsoon water management
Repairs and expansion of the local clinic
Repairs and expansion of a school

Before we can adopt the program, we need your help. Per are chapter bylaws, new programs must be approved by a majority of active chapter members.
